These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of AccoTick services across all platforms.

1. Legal Ownership & Registrations

AccoTick is a brand and product suite owned, operated, and legally registered under:

Acmaey Accounting Solutions Private Limited

All subscriptions, invoices, taxes, and liabilities are governed under this legal entity as per Indian law.

2. About AccoTick

AccoTick is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform offering applications for accounting, billing, compliance, operations, printing, POS, barcode, and related business tools.

3. Applicability of Terms (Web & Mobile)

These Terms apply to all methods of accessing AccoTick, including:

• Web browsers
• Android mobile applications
• Progressive web applications
• Any future platforms or devices

4. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AccoTick on any platform:

• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms
• You confirm authority to act on behalf of your organization (if applicable)
• If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately

5. Nature of SaaS Services

• AccoTick is provided on a subscription-based SaaS model
• The software is licensed, not sold
• Access is available only during an active subscription period
• No ownership rights are transferred

6. Products, Plans & Pricing

Pricing is listed product-wise on individual product pages. Pricing varies based on:

• Product and modules selected
• Number of users
• Features and usage limits
• Customization and integrations

Acmaey Accounting Solutions Private Limited may revise pricing with prior notice.

7. Taxes & GST

• All prices are exclusive of taxes
• GST @ 18% is charged additionally
• Tax invoices are issued as per Indian tax regulations

8. Subscription & Payment Terms

• All subscriptions are collected in advance
• Billing cycles are available only as per the selected plan
• Available billing cycles may include:
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Half-Yearly
  • Yearly
• The applicable billing cycle will be clearly displayed at the time of plan selection
• Subscription validity starts from the date of successful payment
• No custom billing cycle will be provided outside the selected plan

9. Grace Period, Suspension & Termination

• A 20-day usage period plus 5-day grace period is allowed from the due date
• During the grace period, application access is limited
• Non-payment after the grace period results in:
  • Account suspension
  • Automatic service termination

10. Data Retention & Deletion Policy

Upon suspension or termination:

• No data recovery is possible
• Data may be permanently deleted
• AccoTick bears no liability for data loss
• Users must back up their data before subscription expiry

11. Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable
• No refunds for partial usage or early termination
• Any exception requires written approval from the company

12. Customization & User-Based Configuration

• User-wise and organization-wise customization is supported
• Customization may involve additional costs and timelines

13. Third-Party Services

AccoTick uses third-party providers for:

• Cloud hosting
• Payment processing
• Communication services (SMS, email, messaging)
• Government and statutory integrations

AccoTick is not responsible for third-party service interruptions.

14. Android & Mobile Application Terms

This section applies specifically to mobile users.

14.1 App Store Disclaimer

The AccoTick Android application is distributed via third-party app stores. Google LLC (Google Play Store) is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the application or services.

14.2 Updates & App Compatibility

• App updates may be released periodically
• Continued use may require installing the latest version
• Older versions may stop functioning without notice

14.3 Device, Network & Data Usage

Users are responsible for:

• Device compatibility
• Internet connectivity
• Mobile data charges

AccoTick is not liable for network or device-related issues.

14.4 Permissions

The Android app may request permissions such as:

• Internet access
• Storage access
• Notifications
• Location

Permissions are used only for application functionality.

14.5 Mobile Payments

• Payments can be processed only through web application
• No subscription or any other payment can be pay through mobile app

14.6 App Suspension & Data Policy

• Suspension on mobile applies across all platforms
• Data deletion rules remain the same as web usage

15. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Use

Users shall not:

• Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities
• Attempt system breaches
• Reverse engineer or resell the software
• Violation may lead to immediate termination

16. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property belongs exclusively to Acmaey Accounting Solutions Private Limited.

17. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information.

18. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify the company against claims arising from misuse or violations.

19. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the subscription amount paid for the current billing cycle.

20. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control.

21. Communication & Notices

Official communication will be sent via registered email or in-app notifications.

22. Audit & Compliance

The company may audit usage to ensure compliance with subscribed limits.

23. Assignment

Users may not transfer rights without prior written consent.

24. Severability

Invalid provisions do not affect remaining clauses.

25. Survival

Key clauses survive termination, including payments, data deletion, and liability.

26. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with Indian courts.
